I ran my own preschool for many years but Covid changed my direction.  I no longer was fully enjoying my job and wanted to re-invent myself where I could still utilize my creative side and bring joy to others in some form.

I opened Indul*Gelato in2023, I wanted others to taste the quality and excitement that each flavourful bite of my made In House Gelato can bring.  It is a taste like no other and I am the only one in Canada making alcohol-infused Gelato which I call Brewlato.  I also make several flavours of Sorbetto which is dairy free and Vegan as well as sugar-free versions.  If there is a flavour that you are craving, please give us a call and we will make up a fresh batch for you, within a couple hours. 

When looking for a location in Grand Bend, important for me to be closer to my aging father, I found Back N Time Catering.  I could see by the clientelle, that I needed to continue making the frozen meals with a home made taste.  I could bring my famiies recipes to life and know that others would enjoy a home cooked meal like those that I had enjoyed through the years.  

I greatly enjoy interacting with my customers and provide an inclusive place where all can feel safe  and share a laugh over a great affordable meal or a delicious frozen treat.
